Why RojKa Gujjar attracts Investors from all over India and Abroad.

There are various reasons to choose Rojka Gujjar and to invest here. I got a  lot of phone calls and mails from all over the globe regarding Rojka Gujjar, everyone asks me different questions about RojKa Gujjar Pahad. I am discussing some of questions here....

1). What Is Rojka Gujjar ?
Answer:-  Rojka Gujjar is a Rocky Land or Pahad near Gurgaon and Faridabad. Its boundaries touches Gurgaon, Faridabad and Sohna.

2). Why its price are less as compared to nearby areas of Delhi-NCR ?
Answer:- Consolidation (Chakbandi) of this land was not done. It is the major reasons of  its low price. But in September-2013 Haryana Govt. issued the notification for the consolidation of Rojka Gujjar. And its price are increasing.

3). What is the use of this Land ?
Answer:- This land can be used for Farm Houses Only. And according to Haryana Govt. you need to purchase minimum 2.5 Acres of land to develop Farm Houses.

4). Reasons of appreciations of property ?
Answer:- 
A) Its Location is the key factor for appreciation in the property. 
B) Consolidation Of the Land has been started.
C) Haryana Govt. approved the nearby areas of Rojka Gujjar in Residential Zone that's why a lot of leading Real Estates Builders are making their Projects like - Raheja, Vatika, Ansal, Paras, BPTP and many more
