Everyone thinks that property rates in Gurgaon or in Delhi -NCR are very high and a common man can't afford or can't think to buy in this area.
But now we have options to invest in Gurgaon and in Faridabad at a very low price as compared to nearby areas. One more thing i am not saying to invest in plots or in flats which costs very high, i am advising to invest in Land. Don't buy 100 or 200 Square Yards plots buy 1 acre 2 Acres or 10 Acres of land at a very affordable price in Rojka Gujjar (Gurgaon) near sohna or in Kot-Mangar (Faridabad).

Rojka Gujjar and Kot Pahad or Mangar Pahad consist of thousands of Acres of Land close to Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad.

Price an Rojka Gujjar and in Kot Mangar Pahad are very Less as compared to all NCR region. Also One more thing the Rates are increasing because the Consolidation of Rojka Gujjar and Kot Pahad has been Started. Very soon we will see a lot of Farm Houses there. very soon all amenities like - Park, Schools, wider Roads will be constructed. And the rates are increasing as the Indian Real Estates  Key Players or Big Builders are building different different Residential and Commercial Projects here.
